The service
RacePing provides free notifications about ticket availability for HYROX races, by email or Telegram, based on publicly available information. RacePing is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX or any ticket seller.
Tickets
RacePing does not sell tickets or process payments. All purchases are made directly with the official ticket seller and are subject to its terms.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that notifications will be timely, complete or accurate, that tickets will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Always confirm details with the official ticket seller.
Acceptable use
Only use contact details you are entitled to use, and don't misuse the service, for example through automated sign-ups or attempts to disrupt it. We may remove alerts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RacePing is not liable for any loss arising from missed tickets, delayed or failed notifications, inaccurate information or the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Trademarks
HYROX and other names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify races.
Changes
We may change or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Continuing to use RacePing means you accept the updated terms.
